Also on Friday night we had Project Africa Athletics join us to give a presentation on the work they do to help Kenyan runners living in poverty and some insight into the lives of the athletes they support and how the charity has changed their lives. It was a very successful evening and we want to thank Project Africa Athletics for taking the time out of their very busy schedule to come along and give the presentation. Also a massive thank you to everyone who attended and to everyone who donated to the charity. It was a very successful evening and was enjoyed by everyone.
A weekly ritual for some of our athletes is taking part in local parkruns on a Saturday morning.
